My primary scientific interests lie in Clinical Microbiology and Public Health Microbiology, with a focus on providing reliable laboratory data to support both individual patient care and population-level public health decision-making. Since 2009, I have been actively engaged in studying the mechanisms and patterns of antibiotic resistance dissemination among clinical and environmental microbial strains.
In addition, I systematically apply molecular biology techniques for the diagnosis of infectious diseases, the investigation of outbreaks and epidemic surges caused by various microbial pathogens, and the laboratory-based epidemiological surveillance of infectious diseases through advanced molecular typing and genomic analysis methods.
