For the first time at the University of Crete, free Chinese Language Courses are being offered in collaboration with the Chinese Center for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC). The courses will begin in October 2025 and will take place at the Rethymno and Heraklion campuses.

They will be taught in English by distinguished lecturers Ms. Gao Ying (Gallos Campus, Rethymno) and Ms. Ding Yanyu (Voutes Campus, Heraklion).

This intensive program with daily classes is open not only to students and staff of the University of Crete, but also to members of the wider local community.

Detailed information about registration, classrooms, and the timetable will be announced in late September – early October.
